Yesterday I deadlifted 395 for 3 sets of 1. Made me happy and it felt good, I'm that much closer to reaching my goal for this year.

Today I got back into AG, along with getting lost in the forums... I might also bookmark today as when I finally stopped being a tool and became autonomous.
P.S. I wish I could stuff the world in my head, or at least the forums. I feel like I've missed out on so much while I was gone:/
