Welcome to the fourth installment of the Super Star Showdown series. An annual tournament for gamers from different forums to come together and compete against each other.

This edition will feature Kongregate against Armor Games. Gamers, from either forum may enter. Up to sixteen players per forum. Once enough people have signed up the tournament will begin.

The tournament follows a single elimination style structure. That means you will face one opponent per round, with the winners moving on and the losers going home.

The champion, gets rewarded with a trophy sig and avatar. Which is a specially designed art piece to commemorate their victory.

Here are the rules:

1. Scores must be submitted as a screenshot. No other proof will be accepted.

2. All rounds last for exactly 3 days (acording to GMT.) Scores posted before or after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. Hacking is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate disqualification.

leo, you hacked your own score? If so, for what purpose?

This will only result in a permanent ban from the AG tournaments.

If you can call moving a .5 over a .9 hacking, then yes I hacked.

If so, for what purpose?


Desperation. I wanted so bad to win this tournament that I thought I could do it like this. If I had said nothing it probably would have gone through too but I don't have the heart for it.

So Leo from AG hacked?

Why couldnât it have been bladerunner, so I could still be in?


So it seems.

Because blade was the better player.

This will only result in a permanent ban from the AG tournaments.


I'd expect nothing less.

Hey leo You are good player, just dont do such things D: (Mostly because you are not that good at photoshop) It's just unfair to the players who used their skills.

P.S To the one making this tournament, Please check all pictures at all times. Someone can cheat at any time.

I can tell you that I'm pretty good with editing pictures, but I don't do it cause I feel guilty afterwards. I could have easily cheated my way through to beat Kasic but I didn't. I guess he was just desperate like he said above.

P.S To the one making this tournament, Please check all pictures at all times. Someone can cheat at any time.


Sometimes they aren't easy to spot.. But usually I can catch them, even if the editing is great. So I'll keep in eye out while I'm lurking around here.

Leo's photoshop numbers were 0.1 milimeters bigger. Also the resolution was differet. Around 5% difference than the original background.

Come on Josh, he admitted it, he's sorry for it, and he apparently regrets it. A permanent ban isn't necessary IMO.

Yeah, I would just eliminate him from this tournament. I think that's fair punishment. It's your tourney though.

Being good or bad at photo shopping is completely irrelevant. Hacking your score is against the rules. Period

Regardless, leo is DQ'd from the Super Star Showdown.

I don't have any further plans to host more tournaments (besides the Super Star Showdown 2013) and the tournaments on this forum tend to be lenient with their rules, so it's very unlikely that he won't be able to compete in future events, if he chooses to.

:/ and? I'm not eliminated, also he sayed he photoshoped it, instead of lieing. I would be mad if he insisted that the picture was real.

Alright, I think it's about time we get the next round started but first I'd like to congratulate those remaining, for reaching the quarter-final stage. We started off with 40 gamers and now it's just the 8 of you left.

I'm expecting this round to be quite difficult. Come prepared for a fight.

For the quarter-finals you'll be playing Solipskier.

Back story: Flash back to May of last year. It's the second round match of the Kongrefeint spreadsheet tournament and I'm playing this crazy game as a member of team Bluh. The game quickly became a favorite of mine (along with most of the games in Asmodous's tournament) because of the addictive, fast paced, action and rock music.

I really enjoyed playing the game and I know you will too.

Quarter-finals end on Thursday at 11:59 PM (GMT.)
