I decide to post this here because it's my news and a suggestion of what AG users could do to improve their enjoymrent of their experience of computer use. I was exploring this small ASUS on my lap [the bare bones, no disc drive, small screen] and I looked at the control panel and reached the window where I put the name of my machine [HAL like in 2001, a Space Odyessy] and I found a menu where I was given a choice between Windows reccommendations, or optimise for appearance or optimise for performance. I selected optimise for peformance and my machine appears to have calmed down and become easier to handle. It could be the solution to somebody out there's problem.
