Bioshock and Bioshock: Infinite's soundtracks have got my vote.

Movie OST: Hachi, one of the saddest movies I've seen.
TV Show: yeah, Monk is amazing. But this, man. oh yeah.
Game: dunno, maybe Shatter, or Mario Sunshine

The Hunger Game Soundtracks are very very good

The first OST that pops into my head is the one for Cowboy Bebop. Because, you know, it's amazing and so is Cowboy Bebop.

Now, this one is a bit a throwback to before our main age demographic was even born. Fester's Quest for the NES. In the link, it starts at the most memorable song in the game (for me at least) which plays when you fight a boss. The rest are pretty awesome as well, mind.
Since we are on the topic of video-games now, here is another one:
Teenage Mutant Turtles for the NES. In this one, the intro song was simply amazing. It reminds me of the songs that arcade cabinets would have playing on the demo screen to draw you in. During the 90's, that was some intense stuff right there.

Curb Your Enthusiasm has some great theme music. Even though they only play the same three songs almost every episode, it grows on you after a while.

Tarzan, anyone? Or really, anything original or sung by Elton John.

The Hangover has a very good soundtrack. Hot Tub Time Machine also has a really good choice of music.

Lord of the Rings soundtrack is pretty nice.

The theme for "Hogan's Heroes" is awesome. Same goes for "The Balled of Jed Clampett."

I really love the "Once" soundtrack.

Lord of the Rings soundtrack is pretty nice.
