Yes I've noticed this too, I think it has something to do with posting to alot of people constantly as it happens to me.But it's probably just one of those bothersome glitches.
You aren't waiting 30s in between comments.
Just don't expect me to be banned, once I refresh, it works again.
Why would you get banned for that?
