I personally think that 90's music was the best. A prime example of this would be I Wish by Skee-Lo. It isn't even the era that I was born into but it is still my favourite. Nowadays, music isn't as catchy, if it is, it is probably just rubbish (You hate a song, but somehow end up singing it anyway??)- This is what music is like now e.g *Justin Bieber or *One Direction.

everyone's said anything I would be saying. there's **** artists in every era that get overplayed.
It just so happens that several of my favorite bands are 90's oriented.
and even if you can't generalize music by decade, there is definitely a 90's mood or "feel" that musicians can aim for. again, this applies to all decades. the 60's and 90's "feels" are my favorites, though.
