I see a lot of people using there real pictures, and a lot more with pictures for Armatars that you can't select/find. I could only chose from a list for the game Swords & Potions. How do I change it to a picture I want/have on my computer?

Those people were most likely from other sites like Facebook or Kongregate.

At Armor Games however, you cannot have custom armatars (with the exception of the admins).

Armatars used in MMO games are related to the way they login to it. When playing through ArmorGames you use theirs, when playing through FaceBook you can use your own FB account's photo. =)

you cannot have custom armatars

Yes, that's right, but you shouldn't think about this and enjoy the armatars here: http://armorgames.com/account/armatars

Unless you want to see all the seasonal armatars, this will be the only place to see the armatars.
