The intro/preloader is only available for completed games. You have to submit your game for review over on the submit page. Once the dev team review your game and approve it, they will send you the necessary files.
On a side note, if you are looking for any AG integration features then the API docs are available online at http://agi.armorgames.com/assets/agi/docs/package-detail.html. That is what you need to use if you want access to things like high scores and such.
