This thread is a place to discuss quests for Railbot. Here is a list of the current quests available for this robot-rescuing game...

Pacifist
Go 1000 meters without destroying any enemies.
Difficulty: Hard

Save a Friend
Unlock your first caged comrade.
Difficulty: Easy

Unlock-her
Unlock the second character.
Difficulty: Medium

Power-up
Use a power-up.
Difficulty: Easy

Get Out The Way
Destroy 30 enemies total.
Difficulty: Mediudm

Fancy Bot
Buy three hats. Fancy!
Difficulty: Medium

Rocket Booster
Travel 3000 meters total on a rocket.
Difficulty: Medium

Interesting. I found the "hard" quest to be easy, but I'm having trouble with unlock-her and rocket booster. Only two I have left to get.

The description of "Unlock-her" is wrong: the second character is armybot, the girlbot is the third.

Depends on perspective Laspa, it's the second character you unlock.

Well, that was lucky. I needed about 500m to get Girlbot then I got a rocket powerup, probably wouldn't have gotten her without it.

Well, the achievement inside the game say that girlbot is the second character too...
Whatever, when i killed the thirtieth enemy killing myself, the kill gave me the inside game achievement "Destroy 30 baddies", but not the quest " Get Out The Way". Restarting the game and killing with laser the thirtieth enemy, the quest worked.

Aha, got all of them. Unlock-her was the hardest one for me, followed by Pacifist. Getting the 2000m was just hard with all of the enemies appearing right where I was landing when I couldn't jump anymore. And of course they weren't under me. Pacifist took a rocket start and a lot of carefulness. Good game, though, and I liked the achievements.

hnorgist: Yes, that's the reason we've not promoted these widely. Also we believe some users with game save may not be able to earn them. But so far, I've not seen anybody complain about it.

I'll be the first. I can't earn any of these, even after clearing my cache. I already beat the game and unlocked everything.

Hmm, I just realized the Quests are tied to the in-game achievements. Well, at least it makes sense as to why I can't unlock anything. I thought that they were on a different trigger, but oh well.
