no, it's not, just like Runescape, only if you had to make a choice, then it's Maple. I don't like to start over cause you get bothered so much by higher leveled people 'do you want me to help you?' No I don't, I know what to do... it's not worth the noob insults, long hours on the computer, and doing the same quests you're done from what I'm guessing twice already.
