I believe you cannot make custom armatars but you can try entering in the armatar competition found HERE just be sure to follow the theme

Just like weirdlike already stated, you cannot make your own custom armatars other than the contests that are currently available on ArmorGames. The current theme of the contest is NINJA!, just make sure to enter your submissions according to the contest rules, ok? Lookign forward to your entries! =)
