Try saving the game, then refreshing the webpage. That's what I had to do to gets some of them.

Could be a caching issue... Try clearing it and refreshing the page, then try defeating another enemy to get the Quest. Also, there are some known problems with FireFox, so trying to switch to another browser (i.e. Chrome) could also do the trick. =)
