I have beaten CT2 and didn't get any Quests because I was playing in fullscreen. Why can't we get quests in fullscreen?

Probably has something to do with the link for the game... The quests aren't awarded because you aren't using the common game link.

You might have to play the game again.

I would imagine either it is because of what xeano said...or you might not have been signed in

How did you even get on fullscreen anyways? I'm not seeing an option for that

I didn't see the fullscreen option anywhere either, but when it is there... did you try playing another level (perhaps the last one) again in normal screen mode and see if the Quests unlock then? =)

Yup, that worked. I used online save system and everything was there.
By the way, there is no Serbia in countries you can choose when editing your profile. It shouldn't be hard adding it, Serbian flag is just upside down Russian flag.

Right now, there is one for "Serbia and Montenegro" indeed... I think they didn't realize that the country has been sovereign since 2006 (I think?) and now has it's own flag. But... continuing on that, isn't the Serbian flag different from what you stated? As far as I know, the current Serbian flag is this one:

There is indeed a simpler version, the "Civil Serbian Flag", which is this one...
