Does anyone know if the kingdom rush achievement (the one that is beat the game on hard). Does anyone know if you have to beat the premium levels for that too?

Anyways, back to the OP: I was wondering the same thing. I have gotten all the achievements but the "complete campaign in hard made" one. I have completed all the campaign levels, including the premium levels, in hard mode. I got a perfect run on every hard campaign level. However, I haven't gotten that achievement level yet. I didn't beat all the heroic and iron levels in hard mode (I'm starting to wonder if that's possible on some of the premium levels) but that shouldn't matter as the achievement says it's for campaign levels. I suppose it is possible that they meant you had to complete all the levels in campaign, heroic and iron to get that achievement but mistakenly just said "campaign".
The one thing I considered is that they might be about to release more levels and the achievement thing has already been programed to look for the score from those levels.
Has anyone gotten the achievement for completing the campaign in hard mode?
