I recently discovered why oftenly the quick search (The one where the games show immediatly without loading a new page to search) oftenly wasn't displaying anything (and showing the "An Error Occured"-message).
The quick search is caps-sensitive. I think this isn't good at all, since honestly, who types games with the correct capitalisation and all that wuss?
So you should probably change it to non caps-sensitive.
The sensitivity may be a browser setting. I use the search with no caps and get proper results. Try other browsers to see if you can get results on any of those.
