What if each contest, an Armatar was chosen by users (Mod-approved, naturally) to join the ranks of the permanent Armatars? Then it really becomes a contest.
Why not just leave all the accepted up permanently?
Yeah if only we can have the chance to choose our own aramatar then that will be cool
