I have finished 20 levels at 1 and 2 stars difficulty. Level 21 is unable to play and 3 stars difficulty is not available. But in tutorial they say all missions are available. If someone know ehat it is, please help with it.

I'll let the developer know. Thanks guys! I didn't play the game long enough to get that far.
A new version has been uploaded. The dev says it should be fixed. However, you may have to re-start from a fresh save file.
