Since this morning I've been having a game-breaking bug with my character.
When out on missions, I'm unable to heal myself or to be healed by a medic, as well as being unable to directly click on my character (only way to move is to select face on UI when out on mission) as if he just wasn't there, and my character will not load in the survivor preview pane. I'm also unable to select him at all when in my compound due to this bug.
All other characters/features still work fine, but being unable to heal or select my character is a game-breaking bug that I need someone to look into. It was fine much earlier this morning, then started out of nowhere and has continued since. Obviously nothing on my end.
I've no way to contact any tech support directly for DZ, so can someone please looking into this issue? Thanks.
Did you clear your cache? Do you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player? What browser are you using (Chrome and FF are recommended)? How old/new is your browser (IE 9 conflicts with many Flash games)? Are your game settings changed in any way?
It's nothing on my end, as Flash is updated and I've been playing every day for the last week just fine.
Yes, everything has been cleared. I use FF (latest version). Yes, I'm using the latest version of Flash. Nope, I haven't changed any game settings.
The only thing I "changed" was equipment in-game right around when it started.
I'm also a PC enthusiast, so I "know my way around", fyi
As I've said, it was fine and I was in the middle of playing when it started out of nowhere. It cannot be on my end, given it's with only one character.
That's a server-side issue, not a Flash issue. Every other character (AI)/mechanic is still working fine.
Is there any official tech support who can look into the problem on their end? I've spent money on the game as well, so it's something I'd obviously appreciate someone looking into on their end.
It's a purple military ammo pack that increases reload speed I recently found. When I removed it, I can now see my character, but am unable still to select him, either in my compound or when out on a mission, and still cannot heal.
So, it's partly (and weirdly) a gear thing, though the inability to select or heal my character has not changed since removing the pack, only seeing myself in the preview pane is fixed.
As I said, something on their end with my account/character etc.
