Personally, I'd like to live in Australia. There's quite a lot of people I know that currently live there, the natives speak English, has a decent climate and decent opportunities for work.
Technically you're living in a place temporarily while you're visiting it.
living is more then just a visit. if you want to live and work somewhere then allot more comes looking behind the corner then when your just making a holiday visit. (even if the visit would be longer then a year)
i would like to add norway to my list. just for their social security. =P

Dude in Romania live the friendliest people that you can ever met! but...I am not saying that Romania is the best country to live in. However, every country has good and bad things so yeah

netherland because my mom, my brother and i went to it so often that it is like a second home for us. we just like it, the food, the cities, the markets and the sea...
Oh the life... Eating olives on a veranda overlooking the Mediterranean... Bring out that awesome dinner of pizza, some minestrone, and plenty of garlic and Parmesan, then maybe a nice Walk over and taking a tour of the Colosseum, then maybe taking an occasional trip to Venice and ride the gondolas, sailing lazily through the city.... Ahhh...
