Does any one know of any flash turn based shooter game like Osiris Conflict or Jagged Alliance?

AP= Action-Points.I'm looking for a turn based shooting game with a limited amount of action-point for each turn.
Sonny maybe, it isn't a shooting game, but it is turn-based and it does have abilities that cost "focus", which sounds similar to your AP.~~~Darth Caedus
I was more thinking a tactical half-birds eye view game.
