Do you think that apple should make a game system to compete with everybody else and if so do you think it would be hardcore and expensive like the PS3 or cheap and interactive and family based like the wii
I don't think apple would stand a chance in the market right now. Because Microsoft, and Sony have taken over most of the market. But Nintendo is beginning to take over the market. So there is not a lot of market left for Apple to compete. To have any chance of getting an income I think they should make something like the Wii. It's interactive, and thats what most of the market is now... I mean the PS3 controller is motion sensitive, and the Wii, well.. It's all motion sensitive. I think they should make it cheep too.
I say they should stick to what they are best at. They are a HUGE company that can't afford to make the mistake of producing a next gen console. They are way to far behind.
Correction, snowman. Nintendo had control of the market, back in N64, now they are just falling out. The wii is really not complicated, and is nothing compared to a PS3 which includes an entirely new system of reading a disk.
I do prefer just about every apple program and product to microsoft. from iPods to Safari. They can beat them in computers, why not video games too?
i do not think that they should make a game system. instead i think that they should make more online based games for their games. let's face it, macs outperform microsoft if countless ways. if they could make better games then i think that would get the gaming market closer to their corner.
