My old e-mail address is outdated, so I can't get any new e-mail. Due to this password reset, I can't even change my e-mail, because it's not letting me into my profile. I sent 2 e-mails already, but no feedback. I hope this issue will be fixed soon, becuse I don't wanna waste any more time in my games (by not being there and failing).
