yeah it would be bad because its like taking some ones idea and using it to your advantage dont do it

Do you know the creator? mayb you can email/message him, and ask if he would upload them, then it is as legel as it can be

well most likely he will say no than submit them himself

well i have no idea how to make a game but you have to go to tons of websites that have a owner ship of a spacefic game

Netrino, only upload games that you've worked on. If there is a game you would like on the site, go to the contact page and request it. Enough requests will get it on the site. Or another route is to contact the game creator/s and ask them to submit them.

Do you mean games from CDs? They wouldn't upload because they are not the right format. You can only submit games in .swf format. (Flash Player/Shockwave) And it's wrong to take credit for someone else's work. (Stealing)

I think you should ask of the creator if you can use it. Then if they say yes, try to submit it.
