I've been doing a little bit of research because this seems to be a problem on your end. I'm going to start with some of the typical suggestions: - clear your cache/cookies - make sure that your flash player and browser are updated - try another browser
As I have the feeling those suggestions won't work, I've also found that Internet filters/parental control may interfere. So if you have one, you could try to turn it off and see if this fixes the issue. Hope this helps
