Brought up while playing pool the other day with friends, if a car horn is honked and you don't go get a Crispy Crunch, can you sue Cadbury for false advertising?

It's a question! I would like an answer. If you REALLY don't udnerstand it then either you;ve been living under a rock...oh wait...Crispy Crunch is not sold in the U.S...maybe that is why.

Ah, no wonder, not much people here aren't from the U.S. but I have nothing to do with this so yea......

Basically it is a commercial where a hypnotist tells you you will go buy a Crispy Crunch chocolate bar if a car horn is honked, and then another series of commercials where he gets various people to get Crispy Crunch's by honking his car horn. Now that you know about it, maybe I could still get an answer.

OK, but many advertisements are false, im not sure about suing though.
