I've clicked on the Get Gems Now button and this led me to the PayPal website. Didn't get any error message. Could you try it again? Maybe it was just a temporary problem. However, I'm not sure if what you're saying is that you're experiencing issues with the PayPal transaction.
Ok, I've tried this again. It seems that there is some issue with some of the gem offers. As far as I can tell, only one of the six "Get Gems" link is working (at least for me) and that's the one on the left. The rest just lead to an error page. Maybe if you check the FO forums, you'll find a better answer than mine.
And I've tried a third time. I've used another browser (Chrome) and all the links work perfectly fine. So could you try another browser and see if it works?
