Report them. It's no different from other spammers.

Basically, the Sky9 Forums get flooded with spam kitchen threads offering Kitchens at discount prices.

I was just wondering if there was anything that could be done to prevent the same thing from happening here.

I'm sure there'll be plenty of spam you never get to see, since it is already being filtered out, whether automatically or manually (a fine combination of both, one presumes).

What remains, nothing for it but to report it by hitting that little red-flag button, I guess. This forum seems to be relatively pleasantly free from it, so I reckon some decent measures are indeed already in place.
