I made an order and payment efetuei and am trying to follow the state to transaction because I'm from Brazil and there is some kind of intermediate between the foreign company and the Brazilian (In case the company Paganet Payment Solutions Ltda.). And do I find the site to contact or telephone. Could you help me with this problem.
I'd assume you need to try and contact the game developers at http://ls.r2games.com/ , or perhaps those payment company/ies. (If you find no contacts for this Paganet, maybe one or both of the other two?)
I can't tell and so will leave it up to someone from ArmorGames to answer this, but I doub't there's much of anything they can do for you. In future, I guess check out those payment routes before making any payment.
