last night i was playing min hero and legend of the void. the game itself did an auto-save and i saved my game too. this morning i logged in both games but my characters weren't saved. they were deleted. why?
Did you play in any kind of incognito/privacy mode? If not, the online-save-system is a lil bit... lets say stubborn simetimes. You can try a few things: - refresh the game-page (maybe several times). - maybe the seevice is down temporarly or have minor issues, so try again later. - delete cookies. - clean your browsers cache (google how to, depending on the browser you use).
Important: dont start a new game, this surely delete your old files (if they are still available, but "only" not loaded).
