I am a christian, i and i strongly belive in my lord jesus christ, and i also belive that if you belive in him and except him as your savior, u will go to heaven. and i also believe that he created the world, not the big bang, or that we came from stupid apes.

If you're a believer then you're willing to admit that there's forces of higher domain that created us

God is all powerful...more powerful then anyone , and anything , because he created the world,mammals,plants,ect....

I suggest people watch the LAIN series. It's about how god was created from the internet. :/

Why don't we go watch some Scientology videos while we're at it too?

@johnny, but who ever said that this god is an all-powerful human with a human mind and a human consciousness that is bound to the same psychological constraints as a human? The true god is most likely a natural force, a natural force somehow beyond complete human understanding. Also, check the Bible for this answer: can God create a rock that he can't lift?

simply reject the idea of god

Atheism- The theory of the belief that there is NO God.
You are Atheist. . .

People, aka Mankind, are animals in which we have an enheightened state of mind, the gift of knowledge and power. But we have one downfall, for since things can be so complex or misunderstood, we fail to recogonize we are confused!

God, is only a cover up in which we use to explain things out of our grasp, and comprehension. The imagination of Man also plays a role in this. Both caused God. That was LONG ago. And we can't suck it up and say we have the technology to say otherwise, that God does not exist.
Further more, there is no evidence of God. But Science has an abundence. Things need to be explained in order to be understood.

You gerrymandered what I said. If you posted the entire sentence, then it would sound completely different. I said that I simply reject the mainstream idea of god, and see it in a different way, not that I reject the idea completely. In my first post, I said that i reject the idea of a religious god, not god altogether. God could be an unexplainable natural force. In physics, nothing is ever as it seems, and this is perfectly demonstrated by The Theory of Relativity juxtaposed to quantum entanglement. "God" could be a force of physics, a force of nature, that physicists have refused to see. i do not over-think, then ignore the concept of god like atheists do, I simply see it in a different way.
You said that mankind is commonly confused, correct? Well, you are simply confused by my idea and therefore misunderstand it. You are only human, after all, so are bound and were ultimately defeated by your own psychological constraints in attempting to understand my idea.

belief is a beautiful armor

Your definition is faulty. Shinto and Buddhist do not believe in A God, and they are not atheist. There are other religions besides xian you know...

belief is a "Mental acceptance of a claim as truth"

In physics everything is normally as it seems. It is the rules that have changed. Especially at atomic level things may no act as they anything else does but it makes sense and happens in an orderd and specific way.

p.s. I don't pretend to understand the specifics of physics, I'm just a third of the way through failing AS level physics (yay for optimism).

Thisisnotanalt -
I understand where you are coming from with a god being the driving force. The Driving Force explains a lot of what happens behind the physics and what really makes the "rules" of the universe.

Question though: Do you believe in morality? Is there a Right and Wrong or is it just an illusion. Is there a relative morality( To me that equals no morality at all) or some option I Haven't stated.

The morality question is actually an easy one. I do believe that there is some kind of morality in the world, but that so much of the morality is tilted toward the wrong that some see it as an illusion when really the notion that morality is an illusion is the actual illusion. Moral neutrality is what I consider to be the best choice, because it represents pragmatism. Morality also is really one of the main reasons humans are still alive, because in the Paleo-Indian times about 12,000 years ago(take THAT Creationists) if one of the strong hunters was wounded in a close encounter with a saber-toothed cat, then the weaker tribe members would assist the wounded warrior. This is an example of morality, because an illusion, which is invariably intangible due to it's status as an illusion, would not have causd such an action. So yes, I do believe in morality.
