A few days ago to my dismay I realized I have been typing 'snub nosed Colt'
instead of the proper term 'stub nosed Colt'

Does anyone know whether the correct term is high caliber or large caliber 'cos I'm confused.

If you use google it says that snub nose is the correct term which is what I would have thought it would be.

In terms of caliber both is right because the higher the caliber the larger the barrel (I think) so either is right but I think high caliber sounds better then large caliber.
