For the reasons stated about rocks being more effective as peas, I will vote for Octorok. I will never understand how peas are effective projectiles against zombies.

I'll be a hipster and vote for the peashooter.

The SCP looks really creepy, and the weeping angel just looks stupid. SCP it is for me.

I vote for the Weeping Angels for pretty much the inverse of Dapro's reasoning. SCP-173 looks a bit creepy, but very ridiculous. Like a teddy bear that got a make-up session by a little girl. At least the weeping angels have some class, and their history is deeper.
And the Doctor Who episode was before the game.

SCP. With these two, it is basically two of the same fighting, so I'm just going with which would have the faster chance at making me piss myself
