R2... These things aren't beasts. They are robots. Also, I vote for GLaDOS. Even though I never heard of this other thing until now, GLaDOS would still win, cuz it's harder, better, not so faster and stronger.

Why AUTO and not the original HAL-9000? I pick GLaDOS. AUTO is just a machine following orders, not being intentionally malicious. GLaDOS went crazy.

GLaDOS because she is deadly with her neurotoxins, love for 'science' and way more heartless than Auto. Also, it took a lot of effort to defeat her whereas AUTO is defeated with a flip of a switch. Oh, and also because Portal is awesome.

I vote GLaDOS. AUTO just misunderstood simple orders and relies also on other bots. I don't know much about GLaDOS, having never played Portal, but it seems she's the only enemy you fight, and apparently is a very original villain.

I vote GLaDOS. Her unfailing sense of morbid humor is great.

You forgot to tell us who won the last battle. Not that anyone else actually noticed.

Let's see. An antagonistic robot from a barely memorable animated film whose only real role in the film is attempting to prevent the humans from reaching Earth without actually knowing why and thus only being classified as a villain because the orders he was given clash with what other "good" characters want for themselves, or a guiding robot from a video game I've never played who apparently becomes antagonistic later in the game? Tough call.

I'll vote for GLaDOS, because she sounds like she has a more interesting personality.
