Please respond. It seems Online save system has some glitch. Everyday, i face this problem of losing my online save and able to get it back when i update my profile (no changes, just updating profile). However, today, nothing works.
I am clueless when somebody pay for a game (like Kingdom Rush) and face an issue like the one above, whom that somebody has to contact? Posting in forums is the only way? Please advise?
Alright, I checked both games and all my online saves are still present; the one for Incursion 2 is quite old, in fact, so there hasn't been a server-side wipe in awhile, or that would have affected both of us.
Underneath the online saves list, there should be a link to log in to retrieve the saves. Even if you're logged into the main site, you'll still often have to log in to the games separately. If it says you're logged in already when the game loads, log out and back in again manually. Is the save not present after manually logging in?
Sorry guys, I was not able to reply as i posted this issue under "Flash games" forum and was moved to this forum. Here is my issue - I am able to login to Armorgames.com using my user id and password. However, when trying to launch Incursion2/Kingdom Rush games and while accessing AG save system, it is asking me to provide login credentials again. When i have provided user id and pwd which i use to login to AG system, I am getting an error message saying "User id/pwd are incorrect". I have tried it in other browsers (I play this game now with Google Chrome/Firefox) and still the issue remains same. I have tried to clear cache and change passwords etc. Nothing worked out. Only thing that works out for sometime is "Update Profile (no changes to profile, just update profile) and come back to game. I also try to increase the saving size of the game by right clicking the game, settings--> Increase the cache.
Same issue here, worked fine yesterday. I am logged in. But Incursion 2 states that i am not logged in. Nor can i login at armorgames through incursion (while still being logged in to armorgames at the top of the browser.
Don't know if that's the case, but could you check if you use diacritics (like ä, ö, ü in your password? It seems that some characters are not recognized by the in-game login system.
