This has been happening for awhile now. When I first click on the game, a survey will pop up and I cant click out of it. I'll try to refresh the page or click on the server I use before it pops up, but I'm annoyed how the surveys will pop up and I can't play the game. Is this happening to anyone else?
You may be hovering over the ad next to the game screen for too long. Make sure you don't keep the cursor over an ad next to the game because sometimes that can open the ad.
