Hey, chill man! You're going to get some help. I haven't played Dark Orbit, so did you actually pay real money for the game and you didn't get the content you wanted? Can you please explain the problem a little calmer and more detailed?
ok sorry i was just angry, Here's the Scoup. I paid USD for in-game currency, Real Money converted to Game Money, then after i successfully purchased an item, then after a few days of gameplay i decided to upgrade to a better item (by the way item = spaceship.) and through the process of deleting my NOOB ship, and keeping my Vengence (which i paid 30k Uri for) Dark Orbit DELETED my ship that i was keeping, and had it in the right spot to keep, and Dark Orbit took them both. And before you, nobody and i mean NOBODY has even pondered helping me, so instead of screaming at you through chat, i'd like to firstly apologise for my rude behavior, and secondly thank you , for offering your help. Your frustration is understandable, I've been there before myself. Now Armor Games doesn't directly deal with the money transactions, or monitor MMO titles. Those are done by the individual companies that run them, in this case it's Big Point. Have you submitted a ticket to Big Point?
If you submitted a ticket, and they didn't get back to you in a reasonable amount of time (I'd say that's 24-48 hours), then feel free to e-mail me directly at Ferret@ArmorGames.com with the ticket # you submitted - and I can see if I can find out what's up.
