Assuming you can allow and disable them per-site, once you find they're necessary for e.g. this site (or that page), I'd rather obviously leave them set to be allowed for it, so you won't run into the issue again.
I'm quite sure ArmorGames isn't in the habit of throwing unwanted pop-up screens at you, so there's no harm in doing so.
