if you are using speakers try plugging in your headphones or other speakers, and see if you still hear static.

Try a different browser, is it still there?

I myself, haven't heard static of any kind.

This usually happens because of the connection of your speakers or headphones. Certainly not related to our website, we promise.

Now, if you happen to have Zombotron running in another browser/tab. It's intro screen makes a lot of static noises.

im not playing zombotron. the static happens with any game i play and i dont have any speakers/ headphones plugged in

I suspect this is a hardware issue with your laptop and has nothing to do with the site. The on-board speakers on your laptop is faulty, the only way to check is to try plugging in headphones or speakers and see if the static is still there.

yeah i know what you mean, i have issues with some of the games here too with the static-y noise. it's this site and a few others, but it's only some of the games, and it's something to do with google chrome... at least on my end, i've also linked it to my pepflashplayer plug-in too. but for me it's been happening for about a week give or take a few days. ever since they had the advertisements on the pages.... which is the same for all the other sites, when i have an ad i get static, the games on this site that don't have ads like gemcraft labyrinth, i don't get static on those games but others like spectromancer or obliterate everything 2 i do indeed get static.. and trust me it's not my speakers/headset
