You can wait for an Armatar contest, submit one, and hope it gets chosen.

Other than that...no. Very limited isn't it?

Heheh. To explain then to poor new NewGear: Armatar contests are held (regularly, I think -- I'm pretty new here myself), I think they get announced in the Art, Music, and Writing sub-forum.

They'll have a limited entry date; after which the winning armatars are up for a limited period under the Armatars menu in your profile. You can keep them if you selected one, but they'll be gone again if later you change it to another.

Other than that, hey, what's in a profile pic anyway

Yes, they are right. It is not possible, but right now we have a new Armatar Contest. Here's the link if you want to participate in it
