But seriously, I think there are cruiser ships going to or near Antarctica, because rich people find it so much fun to go paragliding in Antarctica (tourists...). The other way would be with a research team, most likely by plane. There may be other ways, but those two are the ones I'm aware of.
If you are going to swim I would recommend wearing long johns and a airt tight scuba suit. As well you should wrapped yourself in bubble wrap and pack a portable microwave and hot pockets (link 2).

Take an airport to Flordia, Then to Brazil, then ANOTHER one to 'ze bottom of South America. Then swim there. Before you know it. You will be dead in 1 hour.
