I don't know of anybody who's cool with the problems on healthcare.gov. Many more people are calling for heads to roll in that situation than in this one.

I tried DOTD and it is still doing the same thing and not working. I logged out and in several times and refreshed to double check.
Cache cleared - Tyrant still not running
