Since the problem seems to be on the side of AG, and not DotD, I'd research moving my character to another platform before ditching entirely. It's not 5th Planet's fault AG is unresponsive.
Everyone needs to be aware that the problem isn't with 5th Planet Games but with Armor Games. they are not the ones you gave your money to. I would expect everyone to find another platform, Facebook, Kongregate or directly on the games website. Don't blame 5pg for Armor's poor reaction to a problem.
If the reason behind this is all about "https security certificate of the AG server we are authenticating against expired today", as somebody stated, I can understand they had to wait to be back in office in order to "buy" a new certificate.
What I cannot understand/accept is that the fact this certificates was going to expire slipped through their attention !
Just as easy as to put a note on a calendar, to avoid such a big mess......
