from time to time I can't access BSGO via armorgames which is quite annoying. When trying to logon to BSGO directly the logon data from armorgames doesn't work there. Unfortunately, an old email-adress was provided to BSGO so I also can not use the function "forgot password" and I also can't update my email-adress there because I can't provide "the old password" which is only known by armorgames. Why are you doing this to me?
I wrote to BSGO and they expect me to send them everything of my personal information (instead of directly asking the NSA ;D ).

Today in chat I asked in game the present moderator where the limit is when we supposed to write german in the German chat if we use for example 50% english words in an german sentence (which is indeed possible) because the moderator reprimanded one chatter to write only german in the german chat before. I ended up being banned from chat. My example was "Das Return On Investment hat die Stakeholder nicht begeistert" which is being used in a regular German business day and means "The stakeholder weren't amused about the return on invesment."
Good that I didn't begin to spend money in that game. I can't stand narrow-minded personnel.
Sorry that your thread got lost in the shuffle. I don't recall even seeing this tread before now. Huh.
It's too bad that you had less than optimal experience with the game in question. That being said, it was up to them to get the lost log-in information back to you. There are few things we have control over on the site when it comes to MMOs. We host them and that's about it. (Mind, that's a largely sweeping and simplified statement).
Your best bet, if you even wanted to go down this path, would be to write an email to the company that produced and maintains the game. Explain your situation and let them know that you're less than pleased with your experience. That might get you back on track.
