Every time I click to buy the ward bond, I would be directed to a page for earning free war bonds. I did not change any settings in my computer recently. I tried to clear all the cookies and tempt files, and re-boot the computer, but it is still the same. Please advise.

Can you upload a screen-shot of the page it brings you to? For me, it goes to a page in the game window where the top is an option to pay real money for war bonds and the bottom are free offers.

Odin, do you use Ghostery or somesuch? My guess would be you have something in place to block out that paid bit.

Go over any ad blocker and content control etc. tools you have in place, and see what you can allow there to have it automagically appear. Alternatively, try in a few different browsers, which may simply resolve the issue.

But I've not install anything or change anything in my computer for a month. Besides, both chrome and IE cause the same problem.

That's not answering the question So: Do you use any such tools? If so, have a look at their settings.

The pages or servers you're looking at and/or such tools you use and/or your browser itself and all its add-ons and plug-ins and stuff could have gone through some changes or updates, causing the combo of it all to make your set-up block it now. Devoidless can see it, and so can I.

My friend used my computer to login his account and he could visit the page for purchasing war bonds. So I think it's something related to my account. Would you please check and advise? Thank you again.

After much research and internet searches, I'm going to recommend contacting the game dev directly and see if they know what the issue is.

Now, I really should not have to say this buuuut:
Don't give out your personal information beyond the email address you use to contact them with. Don't include your paypal account, credit cards numbers, phone number, etc..
