I am playing Wartune on Server 5. I bought 2 wings from the in-game shop today around 12:40 and the balens were deducted, but the wings were not sent to my inventory, mailbox or guild vault.
It seems like a bug, but since I cannot open a ticket with R2Games, I try here.

They ask to state the ticket Number and account there, but they made it impossible to create an account on the forum and I don't know a way to create a ticket as an Armor server player. So please support me with it and forward to R2Games or handle yourself, my account is:
You'll have to take it up with R2Games. All we do is host the game and moderate the comments on our webpage. Any issues with in-game glitches, in-game purchases, bullying in-game, etc. must be directed towards the game developer. Let me look and see where you might be able to contact them...
You get no where in the opening a ticket process because they want your account information, specific server name, and character name. Playing it through armor skips over all of that and they have no support for armorgames characters in their ticket system. So.. basically we're screwed, even though they still recognize the armor account enough to take balen purchases and let you purchase VIP.
Nevermind. I found if you click "Questions or concerns, click here" on the server select screen at the very bottom, it'll take you to a ticket system just for armor.
Yes, and if you click through from the game here on the site, it will also take you to that same place. It includes your username in the support ticket.
