In this forum game, your job is to protect the city. the city WILL fall, but your job is to protect it as long as you can and the help the villagers! Will you be able to escort out all the villagers, or will the city fall, and you with it?
You can recruit allies, via rescuing or buying them.
Dying is not permanent, but is for that round.
When you fall, you lose all your loose items, and a sum of gold.
Many different foes will assualt the villiage, try your best to beat them off!
At lvl 5, 10, and 25 you earn a class rank

I ask trace to get on the walls so he can't get attacked and I also ask him to try disable the giants so I can take them down. While trace is doing this, I charge at orcs and try kill a few.

I would suggest that ice is replaced by air and you take out lightning. Then, later on, players can select runes to combine (so, air + water = water, air and the Blizzard ability or air + fire = fire, air and a new ability called Firestorm). Then eventually players can get advanced runes, leading up to the runes of Life or Death.
As for my action, I get to the top of the walls and (what am I wearing, BTW?) blast at the giant, attempting to spray water in his stupid giant eyes.

You dispatch 10 orc bow rabble, and they start a retreat as the veterans fall apon you. The veterans, stab and slash at you, and then one of the giants bellows so loudly, you get stunned and the orcs return to the wall!

You shoot warter into the giants eyes, and it bellows. you see a fighter in the distance covering his ears and the orcs surrounding him run to attack you. but as they do, an unknown hunter shoots the giant whilst you disabled it, and they turn to attack him. (What your wearing doesnt really matter, but if you care enough, you can make your own clothes)

****it, hate to triple post, but I just want to tell you guys that I may or may not make a Defend the Village (Zombie Version) spinoff of this. instead of fighting fantasy monsters, you'll have guns and grenades and kill zombies instead of swords and shields and magic what do you think?
I thought more like a survival game, that you would have to scavenge for food to survive etc.
