When I open any game, Game Store window blocks anything and I can't close it. And i dont see any information on it... help me please! Thanks...

I'm going to sound like those IT guys that ask if it is plugged in or if you tried unplugging it and replugging it back in..but you have tried to click the bix "X", yes?Did you try right clicking on the x?
Of course I tried click on the "x" in top-right. I also trying all key on keyboard
