honestly? i found out that in many cases those who studied english as their second language speak better then many native speakers

Probably because they are more strict with the "rules of the language" while native speakers are more fluid and malleable with the language.

why do you need a native speaker? if you know english enough to chat in it it dont matter who you talk to as long as both of you speak good english

Well I've been speaking English since I was nine years old. I'm not a native speaker but I speak better than most fish my age!
