The Alien Hunter quest isn't that hard. Just go to Crimson Valley, Snapvine Bridge, and Lost Jungle. Then scroll your mouse over the entire map to see if you can click anything beside strategic points, heroes, Spear Maiden Huts, and SCUUM Bars. Find all three and you complete the quest.
@gonibarak : Did you click the singing frog? I believe it is vital to unlock the Quest... =)
@Gameboysdatabase : Just like Hello9999999 explained above! Here is is again... follow these guidelines and you should fine all 3 of them! =)

Another achivement (not one of AGs, this one is "only" ingame)...^^ The achivement description tells everything: Bulld 3 Mechas in one stage. The Mecha-tower is available in later stages.
Train assassins by building Assassins Guild from melee towers. Then just let enemies attack them to trigger their dodging ability. Upgrade 'Counterattack' to increase the chance of dodging if you want to finish the quest faster. Your assassins need to dodge a total of 1000 times for the quest.
Dodging is the back-and-forth movement the assassins make while fighting.
