I don't see a password requirement for Tiny Tanks. Some of the lobby games that people create may have passwords -- just find one that doesn't, or create your own lobby game.
If the game has you in some strange state, try closing all your browsers, or trying the game from a different browser. If that still doesn't help, go to the developer's website and find some contact info for them.
